Who we are

peptideresearchtesting.com is operated by D and T LLC, 33 N Gould St, Unit 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Peptide Research Testing", "we" or "us"). Customer support is available by email at support@peptideresearchtesting.com. The descriptor shown on eligible card statements is PEPTIDE RESEARCH. By using the site or submitting an order request you agree to these terms.

Products and intended use

We sell laboratory instruments, consumables and research reagents. We do not sell peptides, prescription drugs, compounded drugs, or products intended for administration to humans or animals.

Unless a product page reproduces a different manufacturer-labeled intended use, products are for laboratory research and analytical use only and are not medical devices or for clinical diagnosis. No product or test result from this site establishes that a sample is safe, sterile, pharmaceutical-grade, or suitable for human or veterinary administration.

Customers are responsible for facilities, training, controls, validation, lawful use, storage, handling, and disposal.

Order formation

Submitting an order request does not create an accepted order. We may verify the customer, intended use, shipping address, product eligibility, inventory, tax, and shipping before acceptance. An order is accepted only when we send a written order confirmation or paid invoice.

We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled lawfully or under processor, carrier, or supplier requirements; any captured payment for a canceled order will be refunded.

Restricted products

Some catalog items are not available for online purchase and are shown without purchase controls. Availability for those items depends on safety-data-sheet classification, buyer and intended-use review, carrier acceptance, and payment-processor eligibility. No payment request is issued until that review is complete.

Hazardous materials

Some reagents are regulated hazardous materials. We ship them only by ground within the United States in compliant packaging, and we may ask you to confirm a business or institutional delivery address before shipping them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price confirmed on your order or invoice.

Test kits are priced at a discount to their individual items. We will not substitute a different product without the customer’s written approval. If an item is unavailable, the customer may accept a proposed substitute, remove the item, wait for restock, or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Orders placed without card payment are confirmed by an emailed invoice. Approved lab accounts may pay on net terms.

Warranty

Instruments are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorised repair or consumable parts. Our obligation is limited to repair or replacement.

Cancellation

Order requests may be canceled before acceptance. Accepted orders may be canceled before dispatch when operationally possible; contact support@peptideresearchtesting.com immediately. Orders already dispatched are governed by the return policy. Any recurring standing order, if offered, may be canceled before its next billing date by the method disclosed at enrollment.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using, storing and disposing of products safely and lawfully, following the manual and safety data sheet for each item.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost samples or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.
