What we collect

How we use it
To process, invoice and ship orders, manage lab accounts, prevent fraud, answer questions, meet legal obligations and, with your consent where required, send product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the store (hosting, payments, shipping, email), professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, storage and analytics
We use essential local storage to keep your cart and to track referral links. Where we use analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for consent where required.

How orders reach us
The current order-request form opens your own email application with the request filled in. That email is transmitted through your email provider and received by us. If card payment is enabled later, card information will be collected and processed by the payment provider under its own terms, and we will not receive or store full card numbers.
Retention and security
We keep order records for as long as tax and legal rules require, and other data only as long as needed. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to opt out of certain processing. Privacy requests may be sent to support@peptideresearchtesting.com or mailed to D and T LLC, 33 N Gould St, Unit 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. Retention: order, invoice and tax records are kept for seven years; other personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
